About Us
At The Little Signal Co., we believe a railroad is more than just trains running in circles—it's a story waiting to be told. That's why we design and manufacture handcrafted LED signal systems specifically for G Scale garden railroads, helping hobbyists bring realistic railroad operations and eye-catching visual appeal to their layouts.
From our popular dwarf signals and target searchlights to detailed signal masts, rail-side bungalows, and our newest automatic Red-Yellow-Green signaling systems, every product is designed with durability, realism, and ease of installation in mind. Our stand-alone signal systems operate on 7V to 16V DC and require only a battery or DC power source, making it simple to add realistic signaling without complicated wiring or control systems.
But signals are only part of the story. The Little Signal Co. also provides RailPro and SoundTraxx battery installations for G Scale locomotives, helping modelers modernize their fleets with wireless control, onboard sound, and dependable battery power. We design and produce custom 3D printed parts including ditch lights, replacement components, detail upgrades, rolling stock modifications, and custom battery-installation fittings that help bring new life to locomotives and cars old and new.
Need something unique? Custom projects are one of our favorite parts of the hobby. We regularly work with customers to create one-of-a-kind signals, specialty railroad accessories, and layout-specific solutions. As we continue to grow, we're expanding into detailed cantilever signals, signal bridges, railroad crossings, and other products that help transform ordinary layouts into miniature railroads that look and operate like the real thing.
Whether you're building your first garden railway, upgrading a long-established empire, or simply looking for that perfect detail to complete a scene, The Little Signal Co. is dedicated to delivering handcrafted products, innovative designs, and friendly service that help make your railroad stand out from the crowd.
Because every great railroad deserves great signals.
